How do I catch cancers early?

First off, thank you to anyone taking the time out of their busy days to reply!

Anyways, Learning a lot about cancer lately and how many people get it. I have severe hypochondria. Even though, technically, odds are I won’t get cancer especially while I’m young (I’m in my 20s). I would like to know how to catch cancers early? I mean what tests should I be getting every few months to insure that I catch any cancer?

I don’t play around anymore. For example I have developed an eye freckle in the past 1-2 years and I’m going to see an ophthalmologist very soon about it. I should’ve went day 1 I saw it. This goes for any new mole at all now. But what about more obscure cancers that I can’t just see? I don’t know. It’s scary.

I don’t like stories where someone just happens to have STAGE 4 CANCER. I want to catch it early if it happens. So yeah, how can I do these things?
