Pee smells strongly like popcorn
F24 5'7" 180lbs wellbutrin, omeprazole, oral birth control. History of PCOS, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, restrictive and binge eating tendances over the years, migraines, asthma (I don't think the last two are relevant, but figured I should state them).
I haven't treated my body kindly over the years even though I know that I have risk factors that could easily snowball into diabetes. I honestly don't know what the popcorn smell could be from but it's strong (this morning I could smell it while I was wiping, now it's very strong even while just sitting after peeing). I've had diabetes on the mind a lot recently after I realized that my headaches are easily cured by sugar, and I've been waking up shaking like I have low blood sugar. Could the popcorn smell be associated with diabetes? Not the classic fruity smell that I'm aware of, but I figured I'd check. I've also been very tired over the last few days. It's been hard to get through my shifts at work.
Also, follow up question: I have an appointment with my PCP on Wednesday the 7th. Should I be able to wait until then to see my doctor or should I go to urgent care? I'm happy to answer any further questions if needed.
Edited to add: I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative
