What helps you cope?
Found out from my Spotify wrapped that dday, earlier this year, was my biggest listening day, with 915 minutes (15 hrs). It was funny (not really) to me because I remember listening to so many sad songs on that day for the 15 hrs straight and crying to them, just wanting to throw myself into deeper sadness.
What was your coping mechanism?
Edit: wanted to share the music I listened to was the entire beyonce lemonade album over and over again. It’s a very personal album she made after discovering Jay z had been unfaithful and the songs and poems take you through the stages of grief with her in order. I felt everything she was feeling. What a masterpiece.
