Any opinions on University of Rochester?

I'm planning on applying RD this year because of the supposed international financial aid they give (not sure how much or if it's good, but hey, better than no promises at all)

Is there anything yall know about it? Good, bad, whatever?

All I know is that their separate music institute Eastman is prestigious and super competitve, and they're also known for optics maybe.
