How to install Apple Internal Apps?

I have a iPhone 4s running iOS 6.1.3 and I have obtained a copy of 6.0 SundanceNanshan 10A23941A from googling "site:archive.org switchboard" and clicking on the switch board download link. Once I have these files how do I go about installing skankphone and the switch board app?
