Switching to Apple Music from Spotify

Is there any simple way to transfer all my music from Spotify to Apple Music? I have been using Spotify since about 2012 but might switch. I have about 7000 songs in total on my account. I have been getting pretty tired of Spotify and Apple Music could sync with my iPhone and other Apple products more seamlessly. Thanks in advance :)
