I'm struggling with health anxiety. I often find myself catastrophizing about my health and worrying about dying or developing serious health issues. I'm curious to know: how do people without health anxiety manage to avoid these worries? Do you ever think about your mortality or potential health problems, or are these concerns not on your radar?How do you cope with the fear of mortality? I struggle with anxiety about dying young, but I'm curious - do you ever think about death, and if not, how do you manage to avoid those worries I understand that death is unpredictable and can be unsettling. Doesn't the uncertainty of our lifespan and the unpredictability of our future frustrate you? How do you find motivation to pursue your goals and live a fulfilling life when you don't know what tomorrow holds? For instance, certain types of cancer can strike anyone, regardless of age, and they can't be treated. It's so scary to even think about it.
