Feeling Head discomfort/pain, stiff neck, dizziness, floatingness, brain fog, head pressure, weakness, palpitation in random places.
I've been experiencing a year-long struggle with recurring headaches, neck stiffness, dizziness, and a sense of floating. These symptoms began after a long flight to Asia, during which I experienced an anxiety or panic attack. I felt my head and body tingling, as if I were losing control. I also felt dizzy, confused, and as though something were wrong. It's important to note that I don't have any recent traumatic experiences or significant stressors in my life.
Despite extensive medical testing, including CT scans, MRIs, heart checks, and blood work, I've been diagnosed as healthy. However, my symptoms have only worsened over time.
I've noticed that physical activity, such as going to the gym, seems to exacerbate my symptoms. Daily life is a challenge, as I often feel lightheaded and experience pressure headaches, primarily in the back of my head and worsen when I tilt my head down. I also experience head discomfort (not pain), stiff neck, random occurrences of shortness of breath and endurance issues, and occasional palpitations.
While I've had some rare panic attacks, I'm unsure if it's anxiety. I'm seeking advice from anyone who may have had a similar experience.
