Alliance Tier Has Never Increased Over 0

I've been acting since the Xbox week early access and my Alliance Tier has never been anything but 0. I have over 100 hours put into the game.

I listened to the 50 minute dev stream yesterday and didn't hear anything about Alliance Tier fixes.

I've searched through Reddit for any clues if this is still an issue.

I've sent Tweets to @eahelp with no response.

Is anyone else having this issue?
