Animes That Doesn't Feel Like Animes?

I know this is probably a pretty common post that resurface every couple of weeks but I want to ask anyways.

What are some anime's that doesn't use the normal anime tropes (that I personally find cringe)?

These are my most common complaints:

Too much exposition and lore dumping, too much TELL not enough SHOW.
Too much screaming and exagurated expressions of everything. This makes me feel like I'm watching something for 5 year olds.
Boring fight scenes/use of magic system or world building. I love fights where they use the enviorment around them in creative ways to win over their oponent, or show acual skill instead of just "I have a higher power level so I win". Also why the constant use of the "void dimention" in fights?
Also too long fight scenes. You don' have to have the characters fall down and get up 15 times and have a fight scene for 3 episodes.
No depth in characters. Many carachters feel shallow and has one thing they're known for and that's their whole personality. They're the nerd so they always say stuff like "acording to my calculations", they're hungry and that's it, you get the gist. They also have a catchphrase they say ALL THE TIME.
Stopping in the middle of fights to have an insperational monologe while the enemy just stand there and waits for him to finish
