Feeling so much worse even though I’ve technically “improved”

Though the improvements have been very small over the past year+, I actually feel so much worse. So much so that I had my doctor test me for thyroid and autoimmune issues (seems like those came back normal).

I have terrible daily fatigue and I’ve developed insomnia-like issues over the past year. So, I’m exhausted all day and then can’t sleep. 🫠 Looking at the numbers, I guess they technically look a little better in comparison to a year+ ago, so I don’t get why I feel so much worse. I try to stay consistent with my iron and Vitamin D pills, but my ADHD self goes through spurts and it’s not easy on my stomach.

So what’s my next step? Just actually take my iron and vitamin D every day (doctor actually recommended every other)?
