Fed-Ex holding my auction coins ?

Has anyone else had this misfortune? I won several coins at a recent Leu auction and received shipping notice from Leu. A couple of days later I get an email from FedEx logistics asking me to complete a form CBP 5106. The form arrives through DocuSign and I complete it. Today I get the following message:

I hope this email finds you well.

Your shipment from SWITZERLAND is still being held in customs and our clearance team requires additional information for the entry submission of your shipment to the US Customs.

We need you to provide the following:

Manufacturer’s name and address for the product on page 2- Line 3 Country of Origin is IRAQ

We would appreciate if you can provide the info the soonest to help us expedite the clearance process.

Should we not receive the information we need to clear the shipment within the deadline of January 09, 2025, the shipment will be returned to shipper at shipper’s expense.

We look forward for your immediate response. Thank you for choosing FedEx Express.

The item in question is , AH 41-60 / AD 661-680. Drachm (Silver, 33 mm, 3.97 g, 3 h), Arab-Sasanian type, citing governor ʿUbayd Allah ibn Ziyad (AH 54-64 / AD 673-683), al-Basra

Needless to say I am not certain I can supply the name and address of the manufacturer since the coin is from the 7th century AD. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I have been getting coins from Katz, Leu, and other international auction houses and never had this happen.
