Stand over the toilet?

In her most recent video, Amber makes a comment about how semaglutide has made her incredibly nauseated. So much so that she needed to go stand by the toilet on case she got sick.

But, like, stand? Stand?! Does she vomit into the toilet from a standing position? Do other people? Have I been puking wrong for my entire life? Or is it that she physically can't kneel (or curl up on the floor. We all have our processes)? I don't throw up very often thanks to my own kind of crazy, but throwing up standing sounds hard. And uncomfortable.

And throwing up is already hard and uncomfortable.

She said if so offhandedly like that was a normal way to be sick. Is it? Am I the weird one?
