How To Bundle Purchases

Hello everyone. This has been my first 10 days and I feel like I am getting the hang of it, other than not finding many items other than "stuff" that is of no use to me at all. I have ordered a few things, being mindful of trying to order items that I will actually use. I do have a couple of questions that I hope someone can answer. (1) Is there a way to bundle items so that you don't get a delivery every day and pile up envelopes and boxes and (2) is there a way on the Vine Helper Notifications to fetch more than the last 100 items dropped? I am also finding that by the time I get the notification that almost every item is gone......is that normal? I find that by the end of the week, I end up spending a couple of hours just going through every item available to see if there is anything that I could use or want to do a review of......when that is over 8,000 items, it's crazy to think that there is really very little that I want to order. So much of it is phone cases, shelf supports, lightbulbs, polarized driving glasses, etc. Am I using the Notification Helper to it's best advantage is I guess what I want to know. I haven't set any sounds as I don't really want it buzzing off at all hours but I do feel like I am clock watching, and checking every couple of hours to see if there is anything new. I'm hoping these are all just normal things I am experiencing. Thanks in advance for any advice regarding these two questions.
