Get paid to workout??

I got staffed in CPT/ship dock towards the end of last year. Got to walking around and well? I didn’t mind it! Not one bit! Got my steps in and didn’t get bothered much at all!

And then it clicked. Holy moly… I can get paid to walk! Ever since then I have tightened up my nutrition, drink more water, I still snack but nothing outrageous. That uptick in august was due to surgery. All I did was sit around and eat for 4 weeks but as soon as my LOA was over? I got back to walking. So How much weight have you lost while working here?
