I’M TRYING TO HANG ON BUT…

I'm reaching a breaking point with Amazon's constant micromanaging. Every day, I face petty issues and unnecessary leadership meetings. Despite working hard for 9 months and earning accommodations to leave early, my manager still focuses on my rate. I've explained my physical limitations due to back pain, but concerns fall on deaf ears.

  1. Constant write-ups feel demotivating and unnecessary.
  2. Lack of PTO which is my fault I take full accountability but I was misinformed about PTO and frozen vacation time adds stress.
  3. The "Grinch" mascot promotes negativity.

I feel undervalued, frustrated, and trapped. The constant pressure and lack of empathy are taking a toll on my mental health.
