How do they choose who gets fired after peak?

The facility I’m at is hiring hundreds of people right now, and even with the high rate of people quitting, it’s obvious a lot of people will have to be let go after this.

Any ways to avoid this? I try to be there on time every day, but I’m concerned I’ll get booted for not always making rate
