vent.

been at my site for about 3 years now and yesterday i got my first ever write up! i’m kinda pissed because i pride myself on my work lol so it caught me off guard when my manager austin called me over to his laptop. he said they got me for “unauthorized headphones” lmao it was during pick and stage and i have the amazon approved ones ( ya know the ugly shits that go around ya neck) but apparently we can’t wear them at all during pick and stage. although at my site it was plenty mfs who had their’s in too. my site full of favoritism and they hate me cuz ion talk at all lol i go get staffed and be in my own world and they hate that lol.thats literally the only petty thing they can put on me. cuz im always back from break on time (5 mins before it time to really back) i bust my ass ( i’ve been told im the good luck charm on the dock when im staffed there we dont crash when im not oh man 3-4k after pick and stage. i told austin “ yall done activated emo rj” he said “ feck off dude” and we died 😂 love our relationship
