AITA for getting boyfriend XmasNothing

AITA for not getting my boyfriend a gift for xmas? He specifically says he doesnt celebrate the holidays and only wanted a ps5(ordered that although he paid for it). Im opting out of celebrating the holidays this year because the last 3 years I have wasted money ( ended up regifting all the gifts that were never picked up a yr later). No one is receiving anything from me and I dont know if I should get him anything...If I get him something it may just be a cologne or something but nothing else. May I add Im not working rn and my bank acct is almost at 0 so itll be a stretch getting him that. I feel a little eh about the whole thing but i feel i should take his word but then I may be side eyed for not getting anything..help!
