Airpods pro sound issue when in transparency or noise cancellation mode

Hi all I have had this issue several times already and each time apple has changed my airpods pro. But now after the second swap it has occured again and i was hoping to fix it myself.

When in nc or tp mode i hear a static kind of sound and it gets worse when i move my jaw. Do any of you have had this issue and do you know how to fix it? Soon the warranty will run out and i dont feel like contacting apple support each time for this.
