Share your services screens?

Hi! I've been trying to set my services options as best I can, but I don't think I've found the best combination yet.

I am all eco but I also want to have services configured to allow me to have enough cargo demand to fill my 747-8F's.

I hope some of you here would like to share your services settings that will result in the best eco/cargo result.
