Help changing PDD

I already spoke to some people at CSS. They said it was as simple as emailing the PDD change request paper to them and getting it signed off from VMPF. I already checked there. And I only see the one for a Rnltd change request which isn’t what I need. I really just need a step by step of where to find the projected day of departure paper so I can get going.
