Is it weird that my best friend told me this?

Is it gay that my best friend told me this? For starters, me and my best friend (both female) are in for any kind of humor including playful insults, gay jokes etc. What she told me today made me puzzled. We were watching a movie at my house per usual when a scene of the main female and male characters in a car popped up. I pointed out how dumb it looked that she just leaned and barely nuzzled against his neck when it was clear they both wanted to kiss each other. As I was saying this, I recreated the scene and got close to her just like the girl in the movie. After that she suddenly turned to me all serious and asked me: "Be honest, did you feel turned on by all those kissing scenes?" Naturally, I said yes. Then she proceeded to tell me how she felt turned on by the kissing scenes and when I got close to her like that. It didn't sound like a joke nor I think it was supposed to be. I didn't think much of it at first and kinda just skipped over it. But now I'm confused by what she meant.
