How Do I Avoid Involuntary Emissions?

I have gone 717 days without masturbating (not even a single stroke that entire time, zero tolerance policy towards edging of anykind).

In that time I have had circa 47 involuntary emissions while awake and conscious, and somewhere between 30 and 50 involuntary emissions while sleeping (harder to keep track of the ones that happen while sleeping for obvious reasons).

I’m wondering if anyone has any tried and true methods for avoiding involuntary emissions entirely, as while my ultimate goal is simply not masturbating (which I have achieved), I still feel like involuntary emissions still weaken me.
