How much FPS should I be getting?

My laptop type: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-i7-11800H-GeForce-Display-Keyboard/dp/B0BP21PGXS?th=1

On Fortnite I get around 180 fps in creative with others and 90-120 fps in battle royale while my charger is plugged in. When I see videos on youtube of people with the same laptop they are getting over 200 fps in battle royale without even optimizing their Fortnite game settings, so I was wondering how I can get the same amount of fps they get.
