Need helppp!!😭

Completed 63 days on 20 mg isotretnoin and so far so good. I didnot had any acne since last week until today. Moreover my whole face has now tiny bumps which are hella irritating, itchy and as if hot air is coming out of my face. Yesterday i tried using niacinamide serum and i suspect this is the reason because i had purging twice and this doesnt look like that.

I dunno how to deal with this. Rn i have lathered moisturiser on my face but still lot itchu😭😭
