favorite meal replacements?
hello! i'm looking for some suggestions for meal replacements :) i've been very concerned about my long-term health recently, especially my heart, so i'm focused on incorporating healthy foods into my diet. i figure that a meal replacement is only one food to conquer and will replace many of the nutrients i'm missing, so i'm looking to start there.
preferred (doesn't have to tick all of the boxes, just some ideas):
- good for the heart!
flavorless(i wish, but those probably don't exist ... lol) maaaaybe chocolate flavor? SOME fruit flavors might be easy to stomach ...- lactose free
- sustainably harvested/manufactured
- liquid/shake
