Adrenaline Software takes forever on boot

Why does AMD: Adrenaline Software takes about a couple of minutes after Windows boots up. I'm tired of it. I have the RX 7900XTX and use Windows 11. What's wrong with the AMD software taking too much time to start after the boot?
