9800x3d crash on wake/sleep

Just switched over from 5950x to 9800x3d. I’m having a weird issue where on wake the pc crashes and soft reboots. I’m at my wits end and am contemplating just buying a new MOBO. Current one is gigabyte x870 elite wifi7 ice

I’ve tried:

A brand new psu and current one

Two different sets of DDR5

Reinstall of windows.

Bios updates

Gpu updates

Nothing has worked. Someone posted about 20 days ago and the thread was closed but didn’t give an exact answer to what it was. Implied that it was maybe an issue with windows. Also mentioned getting a different mobo
