My chances of matching into residency if I had a supple ?

Hello seniors , im a 2nd year med student here , and I failed my Pharma and micro exam due to health issues . If I pass them on my 2nd try i assume it will be mentioned as such on my report card .

I just want to know does it affect my chance to pursue a career in the australia . Like even if I pass their respective exams like amc , will my report card be the reason I don't get a chance ?
