Should I move to UAE

So I recently went to Abu Dhabi for the Coldplay concert (I'm from India btw). I absolutely loved it there and don't want to come back to India. What do I doooo. I want to move here permanently. I have a best friend here in India working with me. Is it selfish if I leave her and go? Is this a good choice
