AITAH for not really commenting/caring about my friends morning sickness

I (25f) have a friend (36F)who’s 11 weeks pregnant and has had horrible hypermesis the entire time. Every day she is puking, and not able to keep anything down. I’ve told her many times to go to a doctor even if it’s just a walk in because her baby needs nutrients and if she can’t keep anything down, that’s not good for the baby. Which she wants to “wait” for her 12 week appointment.

Anyways. It’s been 11 weeks of her vomitting every single day and complaining about it. I get it it’s probably exhausting to always be sick, but I’m so tired of hearing about it when she’s not doing anything to help herself. So AITAH for basically ignoring her now when she talks about her sickness ? I just don’t care anymore.
