AFROTC while doing Master's

I am leaving for BMT this coming Monday. I will be in the reserves doing Emergency Management. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Bioinformatics, 3.7 GPA, published 3 scientific papers, and some other extra curricular activities including some teaching and mentoring. I needed a mental health waiver and drug waiver to join the reserves and both of those have been approved. If I wanted to go back to get my Master's in a few years and do AFROTC to become an officer and go active would this be possible? Would I have to get new waivers or would mine carry over? Would I have to go to BMT again? Would my job stay within emergency management or would it go into something that has to do with my degrees? Any other tips you can think or helpful information I'm open to hearing.
