Missing chest (First map NOT second) please help answer question in description

I have done everything and scoured the map top to bottom. The only thing I can think of is I don’t think I got a chest after the graveyard fight - I only got a title. Did people get a chest after the fight? I want to be sure so I can take it to support if it’s bugged
