How do you feel about the AEW women's division right now, and what would you do to "fix" it, if you think it needs fixing?

I think there's a lot of great talent that are unfortunately not being used as often as they should be. It's great seeing Harley Cameron develop as a character and a wrestler, but let's be real, she shouldn't be on TV every week while Anna Jay and Yuka and Thunder Rosa and Willow only show up sporadically, if at all.

That said, while I would love to see the women get more TV time, I understand why they're not. AEW has a huge roster and very limited TV time per week. It's hard to squeeze all the men who are in storylines on TV every week, let alone the women, most of whom aren't in storylines. Rampage ending just makes the problem worse. I think what they should do is stagger their shows a bit, at least Collision. One week, there are more men's matches, the next week, more women's matches. It's not a perfect solution, since there's always going to be people who should be on TV every week skipping weeks, but I really want them to focus on their women's division more.
