Unsubsribe doki doki membership.

Hey Guys, I want to unsubsribe my Ado Doki Doki Membership, cause I wanted the Plushie but they don´t deliver it to Germany. So can somesone help me to cancel my membership cause I can´t read Japanese. (if possible like a step by step tutorial) And sorry if my english is bad
