Inattentive ADHD

Hey everyone. So I have had a strong suspicion for a couple years now that I have some form of inattentive ADHD growing up, but diagnosing in my home country (Canada) costs a lot so I just kind of deal with it. Its my last year of university this year so I was wondering if anyone had any study tips from personal experience that they found helped or just general time management tips because literally a whole day could have gone by and I did a single hour long lecture.

Lastly, I genuinely feel terrible about my study habits and overall motivation so what I think is signs of ADHD could actually just be laziness so are there actually any tell tale signs of ADHD(although self diagnosing always has some sort of bias)

But thank you all for reading this long!

EDIT* I just wanted to say thank you all so much! I went to family doctor, told him how I was feeling and I am starting now with Concerta! Thank you all so much for your advice !
