Anyone here from a blue-collar background?

Writing this based off my last post where someone was surprised Desi plumbers were a thing.

My d_a_d is a union plumber, and my m_o_m worked various jobs, the longest ones being as a housecleaner and fastfood (Tim Hortons). She can't work anymore due to an injury though.

Anyone else from blue-collar backgrounds here?
