Are they even real therapists? Or they another paid person playing the part?

As I am watching 90 Fiance: The Last Resort where they are all sitting in the beach in the very beginning. Sophie is talking and Nutalie is laughing which in turns pisses Julia off (I would be a little pissed as well). The therapist saw Josh's reaction to what was happening and asked him what was wrong. After he gave his reasons; the male therapist said something that made be question what all of of thier qualifications are because I can't believe anything they say now.

All I can do now is laugh.
