Manual Cloth vs Power Leather Seat Height/Width

I have a 04 Roadster with the power heated leather seats. I have wide legs and the leg bolsters have zero give to flatten out any. I've been struggling to find a comfortable seating position as a result--and most of the positions my head grazes the roof.

There's a guy local on FB marketplace with a set of cloth manual seats. In the pictures the butt area seems wider and flatter (more ideal for me), and I've read mixed old forum posts claiming the manual seats sit lower.

Before I go through all the trouble of driving the Z over to test, and then coming back with a truck to grab them----is anyone able to confirm if the cloth manual seats are A:) more Fat*SS friendly, and B:) give more headroom by sitting lower?
