Anyone tried ultratherapy?

A credible derm that I follow on IG has done it and looked like she got good results. But I don’t know anyone who has done it otherwise. She’s about my age and roughly trying to combat the same issues so I like the sound of it. And from my little bit of research feel like it could be the noninvasive solution I’m looking for. Just wondering if anyone else recommends it out there.
