How can i transfer my runelite plugins from one device to another?

I used to play osrs on my laptop, but now i have a pc and i want to play leagues. How can i transfer all he plugins with the least amount of hassle?

I tried copying the runelite file, but that somehow didnt work. It could be because i was using the jagex launcher? Im not sure
