Just learned carbs are calories that aren't included in the nutrition label.
FUCK
I thought they counted them in estimated calorie count but they don't???
So my low cal stuff actually has way more calories then expected because they have a bunch of carbs.
This diet is already so hard wtf.
Edit: alright this is wrong because my konjac jelly didn't count its carbs as calories (because it's indigestible yeah whoops) so I assumed other products didn't as well. But dang some of ya'll are aggressive
