How's everyone approaching holiday treats?

I don't want to stress about food during the holidays, but it's hard not to when you can't calculate the calories in everything you eat, and are eating different foods than normal. (such as cookies, cake, etc)

Trying to tell myself to enjoy the holidays, but to just not go overboard. I want to feel happy and carefree, but my worrying thoughts often win.

How's everyone else approaching the holidays, eating-wise?
