5’-5’3” females 130-150lbs

Middish 20s-30s. Bases calorie deficit off of sedentary.

Because my posts keep getting removed I’m looking for advice from others who are in this range because as we know- short sedentary people have a lower TeeDee.

How do you guys do it? How long in calorie deficit with weighted food to see results?

I am struggling because I love food and am on day 33 with maybe, maybe, 2lbs of weight loss.
